No Pages Missing

Last year I found a Bible in our church library that seemed to be just the right size to use for preaching. The print was large enough for my 50-something eyes, and yet this Bible was light enough to carry around easily.

The only major blemish on this slightly used copy of the Scriptures was a page that had been partially torn. I took some clear tape and, ever so carefully, repaired the page as best as I could.

I wonder if there was some reason that Satan would like to have ripped that certain page out of God’s Word? And I wonder what truths Satan would like for me to disbelieve?

What about you? Is there a specific part of the Bible that you are questioning? If Satan is trying to take some truth away from you, what might that be? Let the Holy Spirit speak to you and help you discern if there is some part of Scripture that you might need to give some serious consideration.

“And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.”—Revelation 22:19.

Make sure that your Bible remains intact—every single page!
