In late September of 2013, Angela Dalton took a ride in a small plane above her hometown of Dalton, Alabama. When she tried to use her cell phone to take a picture of her neighborhood, she dropped the phone and it plummeted to the ground.
Three days later, Eric Hall found the phone in his yard. Trying to find the owner, he called the last number the phone had dialed. Remarkably, the phone still worked!
For one thing, this would make a great commercial about the durability of this particular type of phone.
For another thing, this is a reminder that nothing can keep us from calling on the Lord. Our line of communication with him can never be destroyed.
“Listen to my prayer, O God, do not ignore my plea.”—Psalm 55:1.
